Music is so powerful. It can calm us down or get us energized, make us happy, sad, and even seem to act as a "time-machine" at times taking us back to certain moments in our lives. Music sets the tone. The Lord enjoys music as well. He loves when we sing praises to him, glorifying his name. If you don't feel like you have the time to dedicate to God on a daily basis, why not sing about him on your car-ride or in the shower? Out loud in front of others if you have the guts or the voice(lol). Even listening to others sing about the Lord's greatness, is counted as praise if you are able to meditate on the words and truly "feel" the message. Music is an instant mood-lifter so give it a try. Praise God and make your own day better as well. Sing about his goodness and all that he has done for you...I think God deserves a love-song...don't you??
